Managing Director of Coventry University Social Enterprise CIC
Provided full P&L management while restructuring academic and enterprise offer. Introduced community owned assets, including FabLab and Priory Visitor Centre. Delivered international programs for British Council and developed international entrepreneurial programs in Singapore. Created and embedded strategic plans and policies for company to follow, determining company’s strategic direction and ensuring objectives are met.
Founding Director & CEO of Derby QUAD
Oversaw creation of high-profile centre with three cinemas, two galleries, café/bar, and media production facilities, launching UK’s first regional BFI Mediatheque. Provided high stakeholder management and P&L management for £3.5m turnover organisation with 85 staff. Controlled two change management processes from conception to resolution, preparing organisation, planning change, implementing and embedding changes, and review progress/analyse results.
